Breakfasts: Will be pay as you go through South Dining Hall. Breakfasts will be available on Mon-Thurs from 7 - 8 am for $11.00 per person.
Lunch: South Dining Hall -- will provide lunch for the conference on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:30 am - 2:00 pm. These meals are included in the registration price of all attendees -- tickets will be in the registration packets..
Sunday will provide the opportunity to "Dine on the Blacktop". We are arranging for a number of food trucks to set up shop in the parking lot between the Compton Ice Arena (the venue for the Opening Plenary Session) and Notre Dame Stadium. This pay-as-you-go event will serve between 4-6:15 pm and will ensure that you have time to dine between the afternoon sessions and the Opening Plenary Session.
Desserts and a cash bar will be available during the opening reception in the Exhibit Hall in Duncan Student Center (7th floor).
Monday we will be providing "heavy hors o'duerves" and a cash bar in the Exhibit Hall area as part of the BCCE Sci-Mix Poster Session. Then join us for the 2YC3 Ice Cream Social upstairs during the poster sessions.
Tuesday evening -Join us for a variety of experiences in Downtown South Bend. We will have transportation set up to explore the night scene in downtown South Bend. Microbrews your thing? Join the Mishawaka/South Bend Brewery tour (registration required at registration check-in due to limited space). Prefer a leisurely dinner, then hop on one of our buses and enjoy a dinner at one of our many downtown eateries (see the listing below). To top off the evening, stop by the amazing River Lights display on the St. Joseph River and enjoy the park.
Wednesday we will be providing "heavy hors o'duerves" and a cash bar in the Ballroom Area of the Duncan Student Center along with our traditional bash with Al D. Hyde and the Key Tones. There will be a number of surprises at this event as well to celebrate the 50th year anniversary of Chemical Education conferences.
