Lunch: South Dining Hall -- will provide lunch for the conference on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. These meals are included in the registration price of all attendees.
Sunday will provide the opportunity to "Dine on the Blacktop". We are arranging for a number of food trucks to set up shop in the parking lot between the Compton Ice Arena (the venue for the Opening Plenary Session) and Notre Dame Stadium. This pay-as-you-go event will ensure that you have time to dine between the afternoon sessions and the Opening Plenary Session.
Monday we will be providing "heavy hors o'duerves" in the Exhibit Hall area as part of the BCCE Sci-Mix Poster Session. Then join us for the 2YC3 Ice Cream Social upstairs during the poster sessions.
Tuesday evening -Join us for a variety of experiences in Downtown South Bend. We will have transportation set up to explore the night scene in downtown South Bend. We hope to have the Studebaker Museum and other downtown locations open for you to explore. Microbrews your thing? Join the Mishawaka/South Bend Brewery tour (registration required due to limited space). Prefer a leisurely dinner, hop on one of our buses and enjoy a dinner at one of our many downtown eateries (see the listing below). To top off the evening, stop by the amazing River Lights display on the St. Joseph River and enjoy the park.
Wednesday we will be providing "heavy hors o'duerves" in the Ballroom Area of the Duncan Student Center along with our traditional bash with Al D. Hyde and the Key Tones.
